W.H.O. have given the slogan of “MENTAL HEALTH FOR ALL. LET’S MAKE IT A REALITY.” this year for World Mental Health day. But where does exactly this mental well being starts from ? It is actually the part of your daily life, thought process and choices. Digging into it today, I would like to discuss about the mental dilemma created by society for people we say as INTROVERTS. And being an introvert myself, my personal approach for happiness.

SOMETHING I ALWAYS WANTED TO SHARE…
(For all the introverts out there .. you are doing great. )
Just because you are right, it doesn’t mean the other one is wrong. Both can be different yet correct in their positions. If in spite of blaming someone for how they are, we try to find out why they are that way, it may help the situation to an extent, that we can never ever think of. Throwing those harsh words on someone just because they are not like you is nowhere correct. It may be your mistake, that you are less understanding, that you don’t know many people, that you think human are robots, set to act in a particular manner. But the truth is, it’s nothing like that. Human are human. They are free to have their emotions, free to act in their own way. No one can understand one’s life and actions better than they themselves. But, till they are understanding themselves (Since self discovery is a long process in itself ), if u can’t support their different nature at least don’t demotivate them. Introvert people are way more sensitive. They not only get the happiest in simplest of things but also get hurt by smallest actions. Many times they can’t express their pain and problems. This may be because they don’t know how to, or may be they don’t consider it as their right to disturb others with their own problem. And this pent-up inside causing a new disaster everyday breaking the person.
I am telling with my experience if you are introvert, don’t try forcefully to change yourself, love yourself cause world will not love you more than you can love yourself. Slowly life will tell you, that you are on the right path. If anyone is suffering from such mental disturbances or feeling low, I would suggest them to put themselves in the hands of art. Write it out, sing it out, draw it out or dance it out. Find out your own way that works for you to calm yourself. Start loving life.
“They say if someone is causing you pain, leave them….. I say if someone is causing you happiness, get them.“
It’s better to fill your life with more good people than eliminating each of not so good one’s.
